This would make a better HBO sitcom, with Rip Torn as the crusty producer who nightly threatens Fallon that he's going to "slap the goddamned giggles right out of that stupid bedhead of yours!"

I give you likelyhood of being true, but I might suggest an alternative.
Fallon's might become hypnotically desperate, making for good train-wreck television like that blond guy who interviews the people who fuck relatives and say "babymama", Jerry-something.
