Krist Novoselic, formerly of Nirvana, is blogging about politics for some crappy Seattle rag. Among the nuggets of wisdom so far:

Republican’s [sic] should worry about this fall: a sleeping giant has been aroused.

The climate of discontent is fertile grounds [sic] for a non-partisan election proposal.

There’s a lot of excitement!

Oh, and he's "advocating change". Yeesh, at least Sean Penn is offensive enough to be interesting.

Now see, if he had stuck to "My Favorite Bass Players" he'd have been ok. It's something he knows, and it's interesting.

But when it comes to politics, who wants to hear the ill-expressed, sloppily formed opinions of a Seattle grunge rocker has-been?
