I feel the same way. A tattoo does not lend class to a woman. It takes it away. Course, there's something to be said aboug hanging with a classless woman now and again.

Not that I would do it. But I've heard it can be fun.

I agree for the most part, especially if you are just naturally beautiful. Once in awhile, if you have a really bold, artistic personality, I think it's cool. But most of the time, just forget it.

Nipple piercing, on the other hand...you just can't go wrong.

Zelda, I agree. Tattoos on Amy Winehouse are fine, but on someone like Scarlett...eh.

I was discussing this subject with some twenty - somethings at my gym last week, and mentioned that getting a tattoo these days is not rebellious or cool, it's more likely a symbol of the nerdy and middle - aged status quo, since over 50% of the adult population has one these days. Needless to say, they didn't exactly appreciate my input - but someone's going to be sorry in about 20 years from now, particularly if they get said tattoo in the places that they had mentioned. My wife's family is from downstate Illinois, and the common expression there for young women getting tattoos is sporting a "tramp stamp."

Looks like something she found in a box of Cheerios. I'll have to block that part out when I summon her image for a pop-up.

Not to be too judgmental here, but if you're not/were never a sailor or in the military, they just look silly.
