Blowing Smoke executive producer Kamal is in London, as am I, and the two of us celebrated the old-fashioned way: cursing the bloody English. (It's July, so that must mean rain and sub-zero temps in London! Not exactly cookout weather.)

My taxi driver on the way home tonight asked me if Americans eat pumpkin pie on the 4th of July. "What are you, some kind of retard?" I asked him (in my head). I should have told him that we stuff ourselves with as many hot dogs as we can until we puke our guts out. Well, some of us do!
