Blowing Smoke: A movie about poker, cigars, women, and getting screwed

Alec Baldwin defends himself

The douchebag's spokesperson says:

In the best interest of the child, Alec will do what the mother is pathologically incapable of doing ... keeping his mouth shut and obeying the court order. The mother and her lawyer leaked this sealed material in violation of a court order. Although Alec acknowledges that he should have used different language in parenting his child, everyone who knows him privately knows what he has been put through for the past six years.

Translation: I am a child-like figure, incapable of acting like adult, incapable of sane parenting, and blame everyone but myself for my abusive behavior towards my daughter.

"... everyone who knows him privately knows what he has been put through for the past six years."

Oh, so she's been at this since she was five, eh? Manipulative little bitch!

I also couldn't help thinking of his Glengarry Glen Ross character when I heard that.

"Put. That rattle. Down! Rattles are for closers!"

"You know what it takes to raise a kid these days? BRASS BALLS!"

Baldwin's an ass, but looking over the past 5 years between the gruesome - twosome's lengthy divorce proceedings, both Baldwin and his ex come off as two highly - immature and narcissistic people. Remember when Bassinger bought an entire small town somewhere down south, then procedded to torment the residents 24/7? Not pretty.

I don't go in for moral equivalence when it comes to child abuse, as someone who knows a thing or two about how it can wreck a person. There are no excuses for Baldwin abusing his daughter, even if his ex is insane, a bitch, and actively tries to turn his daughter against him. NONE.

Jackie, at the very least it doesn't help his cause.
