Yes, Anna Nicole Smith was doing drugs during her pregnancy, and yes Howard K Stern - at the very least - thought this was cute, funny, and potentially lucrative for him. Check out the video, which is beyond disturbing.

And I hate to say it, but that creepy footage reminds me a hell of a lot of the stoned Britney video - but at least Britney wasn't eight months pregnant when this was shot:

Speaking of Britney, I think Uncle Bob's theory about her current state (scroll down to read it) is pretty sound. As he says, she's been pregnant more than she's been NOT pregnant for the last few years, her hormones are all over the place, she's drunk (literally) with the freedom she never had as a teenager, and she probably has very little concept that there's anything wrong with her behavior. For her sake, I hope the shaved head is a new beginning for her, but I have a sick feeling she hasn't quite hit her rock bottom yet.
